Job Responsibilities
Baan Product Development & Support
Understand Business Requirements, Translate to Technical design, and help realize the code
Develop Reports
Communicate technical issues, key insights and findings to product team
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to add better value to the Product
Job Requirements
2+ years of proven experience as Baan Developer/Technical Consultant
B.E/B. Tech/MCA preferred
Working knowledge of functional modules of Baan including Sales, Service, Purchasing, Warehousing etc.
Experience of working in large customization projects modifying standard Baan ERP source code
Expertise with SQL queries, finetuning performance
Knowledge of Baan Tools Administration and Databases will be a plus
Flexibility to work in shifts to suit internal team’s requirements
Good Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills
Positive Attitude and Approach
Good Team Player and Motivator
Analytical mind with excellent Data Collection and Analysis skills
Creative Problem-solving skills
